Attendance Tracking

Track who shows up to practices, scrimmages, and other team events. Attendance data feeds into lineup setup alerts so you know who's been missing.

Creating an Event

Each team can track up to 50 attendance events (not including matches).

1. Open your team and tap Attendance
2. Tap New Event
3. Choose a type (Practice, Scrimmage, or Other), set the date, and add an optional title
4. Tap Create

Recording Attendance

1. Open an event from the attendance list
2. Each player shows with a status toggle: Present, Absent, Late, or Excused
3. Tap to cycle through statuses
4. Changes save automatically

Match Attendance

When you start a match, attendance is automatically recorded as "Present" for all players in the lineup. No manual step needed.

Attendance Stats

The attendance page shows a summary with:

• Attendance rate per player (last 7 or 30 days)
• Color-coded dots: green (100%), yellow (50-99%), red (below 50%)

Lineup Alerts

During match setup, players with poor attendance get flagged:

• Players who missed the last practice
• Players with attendance below 60% in the last 7 days

These are non-blocking warnings — you can still select them for the lineup.
